Sono stato selezionato dall’ agenzia Marimo per fare il restyling del fardello delle bottiglie di Acqua Vera per bambini, le VeraKids. Mi è stato chiesto di creare 4 mascotte animali in un contesto divertente, giocoso e che magari avesse a che fare con l’estate e con l’acqua. Insieme abbiamo poi anche realizzato l’etichetta delle bottigliette.
I was selected by the Marimo agency to redesign the packaging for VeraKids—Acqua Vera’s bottled water for children. I was asked to create four animal mascots set in a fun, playful context, ideally incorporating themes of summer and water. We also collaborated on the design of the bottle labels.
Ho pensato inizialmente ad alcuni amimaletti che avevano a che fare con l’acqua, lo sport e le attività all’aria aperta. Ho provato anche diversi trattamenti grafici, ma alla fine un’outline con riempimento è risultata la più efficace.
Sono stati creati Elly l’elefantino trendy, Bibo il cagnolino giocoso, Leo il leopardo sportivo e Red la volpe amante della natura. Si chiamano gli “Spruzzolini”.
I colori rispecchiano i colori dei 4 tappi, Blu, Rosso, Rosa e Giallo/Arancio.
I initially considered a few small animal characters associated with water, sports, and outdoor activities. I experimented with various graphic styles, but ultimately, an outlined design with a solid fill proved to be the most effective.
The characters created were Elly the trendy elephant, Bibo the playful dog, Leo the sporty leopard, and Red the nature-loving fox. They are known as the “Spruzzolini.” The colors match those of the four caps: blue, red, pink, and yellow/orange.
