Due nuovi mazzi di Baby Cards per i più piccoli, che illustrano i 5 sensi e le azioni correlate da accoppiare, come Occhi e Vedere; ed un altro sulle Emozioni base da accoppiare con alcune situazioni, come Gioia e Giocare. Con Adobe illustrator ho illustrato i tanti piccoli personaggini colorati e divertenti e le loro situazioni.
Two new decks of Baby Cards for little ones, illustrating the five senses and related actions to match, such as Eyes and Seeing; and another on basic emotions to match with certain situations, such as Joy and Playing. I used Adobe Illustrator to illustrate the many colorful and fun little characters and their situations.
L’IDEA – THE IDEA
Inizialmente mi è stato chiesto di fare le carte Azioni – Sensi e Azioni illustrando dei bambini che facevano cose o provavano emozioni e sensazioni. Ma non avevo molta voglia di illustrare dei bambini… perchè ce ne sono già tante in commercio. Volevo personalizzarle e fare qualcosa di diverso.
I was initially asked to create the Actions – Senses and Actions cards, illustrating children doing things or experiencing emotions and sensations. But I didn’t really want to illustrate children… because there are already so many of them on the market. I wanted to personalize them and do something different.
La mia proposta era quindi di fare al posto dei bambini, degli omini a pallina o altre forme, come quelli fatti per il gioco “Stai Addendo!“. Funzionavano! Sono piaciute ed è passata questa proposta, che ho poi realizzato con Adobe Illustrator.
So, instead of children, my suggestion was to make little people with balls or other shapes, like those used in the game “Stai Addendo!“. They worked! They liked them, and this idea was accepted, which I then created with Adobe Illustrator.
